Our digital guides, toolkits, templates, and resources are delivered electronically immediately after purchase.

Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds will be issued unless legally required

If SMH offers printed books in the future, they may be fulfilled through external platforms like Amazon.

Shipping, returns, and refunds for printed editions will be governed by the retailer’s own terms and policies.
